    Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA): SETA is a comprehensive technical management process that includes translating operational requirements into configured systems, integrating the technical inputs of the entire design team, managing interfaces, characterizing and managing technical risk, transitioning technology from the technology base into program specific efforts, and verifying that designs meet operational needs.

    Technical Assessments, Evaluation, and Support: Support in this area focuses on assisting our clients with making decisions about technology as it relates to their specific mission. It provides for the assessment of technologies for suitability, analyses of alternatives, and test and evaluation.

    Training Management and Support: These services focus on providing our clients with comprehensive training programs to enhance the operational readiness. The services provided center on technical systems and include curriculum development, training instruction, and alternative training delivery methods (e.g. CBT and eLearning).

    Operations and Maintenance Support: O&M provides for the management and or outsourcing and execution of enterprise C4I-related operations and system sustainment. Operational support focuses on supporting operations, command and control, and communication centers as well as related deployed missions. Maintenance related solutions focus on the development, implementation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance policies, procedures and tools as well as depot-level equipment repair services.
